Patrick Johnson earned his MFA in poetry at Washington University in St. Louis and completed his undergraduate in English Literature with a certificate in Material Culture Studies at University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research interests include telemedicine, nursing, motivational interviewing, and health insurance. He is currently studying to become a physician assistant and lives in Madison.
